  • 1030: Coordinator: ‘Carrying out Training for Different Stakeholders on Fall Armyworm (FAW) Management’. District Training Officer (DTO), Additional Deputy Director (ADD), Upazila Agriculture Officer (UAO), Agriculture extension Officer (AEO), Sub Assistant Agriculture Officer (SAAO), Sub Assistant Plant Protection Officer (SAPPO), Lead Farmer, NGO Personnel, University Teacher, Scientists and others were participated. The training included 25 batches (30 participants per batch). The training was held in the office of Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE) of 16 districts (Sylhet, Moulvibazar, Habiganj, Sunamganj, Chapainawabganj, Naogaon, Panchagarh, Thakurgaon, Nilphamari, Dinajpur, Lalmonirhat, Kurigram, Rangpur, Khagrachari, Rangamati and Bandarban) in Bangladesh. The training started in October 2019 and ended in February 2020. In each batch training, gave lecture on ‘Concept about FAW identification, nature and extent of damage’
